That Day In Brooklyn
I had been in a knitting slump and had lost my knitting mojo. I met some fiber friends at a fiber festival and I fell in love with this yarn by new indie dyer, The Wandering Flock. This yarn (or hanging out with my friends) snapped me right out of that funk and I couldn’t wait to cast on! I wanted to design a project that was easy enough to work on while waiting in lines Rhinebeck weekend but fun and addicting to knit as well. The alternating of stockinette stitch and a slipped stitch pattern was the perfect answer. That Day In Brooklyn is a winged-triangle shawl, making it easier to wear. The tassels are optional but add a fun flair.
