The softly cabled Thayer vest is our new favorite version of a closet staple.
This pattern is free with a project kit purchase.
Construction
Vest is worked flat in pieces from the bottom up, then sewn together. Neckband and armholes are worked circularly from picked-up stitches. The Cable Patterns may be worked either from charts or from written directions.
