Thayer Street Socks
About the Pattern
These socks feature a simple, easy-to-memorize stitch pattern that creates a wonderful texture to highlight bold variegated yarns. This pattern was created to celebrate the success of Boston Fiber Company’s Mainvest campaign, and to highlight the importance of supporting local businesses! The hurdle stitch pattern evokes the brick and stone pedestrian path of Thayer Street in Boston’s SoWa district, which many artists’ studios and independent businesses call home.
