This is the fourth and last pattern in my series of cable cowls. This cowl is worked flat with a picot cast-on, and is seamed when finished. Twisted stitches separate the three different cable patterns. The center cables give movement to this piece. A beautiful vine cable adorns both sides. This cowl can be worn as a hood, as well as a cowl. The pattern instructions are color coded for each section and the special stitches instructions are repeated on each page.

I recommend using a yarn that is not too dark or drastically variegated. For ease of following the pattern instructions, I’ve used three color fonts, one for each cable patterns. Rows highlighted in yellow indicate the rows in which cables are worked.

Written instructions provided in this pattern.

First Cowl: The 64 (Sixty-Four)
Second Cowl: The 68 (Sixty-Eight)
Third Cowl: The 99 (Ninety-Nine)
