I designed this pattern as a sample for a learn-intarsia class I taught. It’s a nice little project that gives you a chance to try out the technique. The suggested yardage is:

• 25 m each of the background and diamond colour
• 4 m of the crosses’ colour

This will be enough for a pair of coasters.

Gauge is not critical, but intarsia generally looks best as a denser fabric.
