The Ava Hat, in 6 WPI Handspun
This pattern is one that I designed for those of you who are art yarn lovers or spinners who wonder just what you can do with a small amount of it!
This sweet hat features gentle ribbing, for fit, and a lovely flower clip.
Sizes included: Preemie, Newborn
This hat pattern uses yarn 6 wraps per inch, a slightly finer of the bulky weights.
Skills Needed:
Knitting in the round, on double pointed needles, Purl, SSK or K2tog.
Pattern comes with a long list of handspun yarns that would work for this pattern. I have shopped so you don’t have to! Simply pick a yarn, and follow the pattern!
This hat is for use under direct adult supervision.
For the boy version of this hat (meaning that the entire yarn list is in boy colors), check out the Corbin hat pattern.
Thank you so much, to Leslie Lane for the wonderful photos!!
