The Basket Bag
THE BASKET BAG
This simple design knits up quickly and can be used in so many ways. Use the basket bag as a lunch tote, plant cozy or knitting project bag. The possibilities are endless.
The alternating 1x1 rib stitch pattern creates a structured fabric that will hold its shape. Using small #3 knitting needles and worsted weight yarn makes the stitches tight and durable.
Customize the size, shape and stitch, or use the pattern as a template to make your own basket or bag design. Make it with or without handles, your choice!
