The Bear Lake Hat is named after the beautiful Bear Lake in southeast Idaho. It’s an easy and quick hat to make, so it would be a perfect project for beginning knitters!

The pattern is for a one-size-fits-all hat. The given pattern should fit most adults.

Skill Level: Beginner-Easy
You will need to know how to knit in the round on circular needles, and how to knit and purl.

Suggest yarn: Red Heart With Love in Jadeite

Needle size: 5mm, 16 inch circular needles

The gauge is 10 stitches and 11 rows to 3” in the body of the hat. However having the exact correct gauge is not as critical to this pattern as long as your using the proper weight yarn and correct needle size.
