This is an intermediate pattern but it’s suitable for advanced beginners looking to learn some new crochet techniques. Pattern is written in US terms and includes explanations of all stitches and abbreviations. US and metric measurements given. Requires single crochet, half double crochet, and slip stitches.

The blanket is double-sided and looks the same from both sides. The pattern makes a perfect sized blanket for cuddling on the couch or taking along in the car. Finished dimensions are about 42 by 52 inches (107 by 132 cm) when using worsted weight yarn and a 5 mm hook. This pattern can also be used to make a beautiful rug!
