The Bee and The Barb
This shawl is knit with the edging first, then stitches picked up along the long edge. Short rows are then worked for the shawl body and shaping.
Edging repeats can be added or removed to adjust the size of the shawl.
Gauge is not crucial for this pattern.
Materials needed: US6/4mm circular needles
1 stitch marker
420 yards of fingering weight yarn
If you wish to use a different weight yarn, please take your gauge so you know what size your shawl will be and if you need to adjust how many repeats you add or subtract to make sure you don’t run out of yarn or wind up with a tiny shawl.
Big thanks to my test knitters: Zedsarge
