Beanie is worked from bottom to top. Starting with the brim. Unless you are changing colors, it is worked as one piece.

Pattern includes sizes for Child to Adult: Slouchy Beanie, Fitted Beanie, Messy Bun Beanie.
Toddler to Small Child: Regular Beanie, Messy Bun Beanie

This pattern is worked in a MEDIUM TO LOOSE tension. If you find you have a tighter tension, you can adjust hook sizes slightly larger as needed.
Approx width and length measurements for the brim sizes are given. Due to the stitches used for the brim, you should find there to be a decent amount of stretch on the brim as well.

There are some fun & textured stitches to this pattern, however each is fully described as well as photo examples.
