Materials Needed

K/6.50mm hook or size needed to obtain gauge 

Yarn needle

Scissors

4 skeins Bernat softy chunky #6 yarn

(1 ball green, 1 ball yellow or white, 1 ball red, 1 ball brown)


Finished Measurements

Newborn - 3 months

Cocoon measures: 17” long 
 18” circumference 

Hat measures: 12” circumference 
 6” long



Gauge

Using K/6.50mm hook, 8 sts and 5 rows in dc = 4” square

Ch 2 does NOT count as a st 

Beg sts are worked into the same space as ch 2 

When you change colours you will carry the old yarn DO NOT fasten off
