ENG: The ‘Bonnie’ Beanie was knitted by using the ‘fair isle’ or stranded technique.

The hat is one size for a women head circumference of about 53/54 cm, but the pattern can easily be adapted to men sizes as well by calculating the right proportions from the gauge.

The knitting needles used are the 3.5 mm and the 4 mm and the gauge obtained with the last ones is of 21 stitches x 28 rows.

The yarn I used is the super fleecy DROPS Design’s ‘Puna’, while the number of skeins is three of each colour (about 50 g per skein).

ITA: Questo schema riguarda il berretto com pom pom che ho chiamato “Bonnie” e che ho realizzato utilizzando la tecnica ‘fair isle’.

Il cappello è taglia unica da donna, adatto ad una circonferenza testa di circa 53/54 cm, ma le misurte possono essere adattate anche a quelle maschili partendo dal campione e calcolando le opportune proporzioni.

I ferri utilizzati sono del numero 3,5 e 4 mm e il campione è di 21 maglie x 28 righe in verticale.

Il materiale che ho usato è il “Puna” di DROPS Design, sofficissimo filato 100% alpaca. In particolare ho utilizzato un totale di tre gomitoli da 50g, uno per variante colore.
