The Brunswick hat is inspired by our local neighbourhood, urban yet close to nature with a laid back and artistic community.

The hat is designed to be slouchy and relaxed and is worked with simple colour work diamonds. The pattern is worked in the round and uses approximately 5x 20g skeins of DK weight yarn, including a pompom.

The pattern is designed to fit an adult head, measuring 58cm (23 inches) in diameter. With the suggested gauge, the unstretched and blocked hat, measures 48cm (19 inches) in diameter and 28cm (11 inches) in length. The sizing can be easily adjusted by adding or removing stitches in multiples of 8.
