This pattern (written tutorial with photos) includes a PDF allowing you to crochet The Burlap Axolotl!

Pattern Level: Beginner-Intermediate

Supplies:
For Burlap Axolotl (about 11-12 inches tall including gills):
-4mm crochet hook
-3mm crochet hook
-2.5mm crochet hook
-Tan worsted weight yarn
-Orange worsted weight yarn
-Yellow worsted weight yarn
-Black worsted weight yarn
-Black embroidery thread for mouth and head detail
-Two black 15mm buttons
-Twine (to tie in a bow around neck)
-Black permanent marker (for sucker face)
-Fiberfil to stuff
-Poly Pellets or weights of your choice (optional)
-Sewing needle to sew body parts together and weave in ends
-Scissors

Abbreviations:
st/sts – stitch/stitches
fo- finish off
mc – magic circle
ch – chain
sl st – slip stitch
sc – single crochet
hdc – half double crochet
dc – double crohet
trb – treble crochet
sc2tog – single crochet two together (decrease)
flo- front loop only
sk- skip stitch
