Your yardage can vary widely with this skirt, depending on how long you like them to be! Skirt pictured in pattern is a size 36, and it used nearly 800 yards.

July 23, 2011 - Design note: I wrote the pattern with the intention that it would have a little positive ease because knits become a bit see-through when they are stretched. If you would like your skirt a little more clingy you can either use a yarn with very nice drape, or block it so that it is more narrow, or you can cast on 8 fewer stitches when you begin (multiples of eight will make sure your eyelets work out well later).
