Hello - and WELCOME - to my crochet pattern – the “The CAMEO Cardigan” by.Daisy.Dots. It’s a simple, soft, squishy thick, creation – using an - Easy beginner > Intermediate - Raglan/Top down style – Regular fitted pattern. Not oversized. Just perfect. If you would like it to fit looser/Oversized. Please go up a size or 2. There are 5 sizes provided – XS to XL with minimal ‘suggestions only’ on how to increase the Yoke size for larger sizes. Worked with a J-10/6.00mm hook for the body and a H/5.00mm hook for the Ribbing – Using
Worsted/#4/10ply/Aran weight yarn.

Extra info for larger sizing than XL -

IF CONFIDENT ENOUGH - to go beyond the XL size – You can work 2 extra rows on the yoke for each ‘extra size’ you increase to go up > Eg: 2xl – 2 more extra rows after the XL size, 3xl – 4 more extra rows after the XL size, 4xl – 6 more extra rows after the XL size, 5xl – 8 more extra rows after the XL size ETC….# If working extra rows beyond the XL sizing - You will need to make sure when you start working on the first row of each sleeve, that you work the same ‘even amount’ of stitches around each sleeve!!!

Every size has a different chain count for the first row for the neck. I’ve created the neck sizes to fit more snug to the body size, than previous patterns of mine using same amount of chains for all sizes, for the neck. This way: the cardigan does not look too large, or feel too loose to wear. It’s a more fitted feel and look
