The Cheap & Easy Hooded Cowl is a begginer friendly pattern! This would make an excellent stash busting pattern. This pattern includes the following sizes:
-Toddler
-Child
-Adult

Materials:
You will need a 10.00 mm crochet hook, worsted weight yarn, stitch markers, tapestry needle, and a pair of scissors.

Let’s talk yarn!
You will need 450 total yards of #4 worsted weight yarn. Here is the deal though! For this project you will be holding two strands of worsted weight yarn together while you crochet. So, you will need 225 yards of one colorway and 225 of another.

The funkier the yarn the better. For my pom pom cladded version of this cowl I used two strands of Red Heart Roll With It Tweed in the color Modern Pastel.

For the fur trimmed cowl I used a bunch of scrap yarn. I just held two strands together and change to a new color when that scrap ball ran out! If you want to add fur trim, then you will need 25 yards of Lion Brand GO For Faux Fur yarn.
