The Chess Cardigan
SKILL LEVEL: Lower intermediate
The Chess Cardigan is a sophisticated, loose fitted granny sqaure cardigan. It features eye-catching and timeless two-colored granny squares and a minimalist geometric look taking the granny square look into the future.
The cardigan is both easy and super fun to make. All you have to do is make 23 identical granny squares using double crochet, join them together, add a few double and single crochet details and you’re good to go! The pattern contains information for easy adjustment of the sleeve length.
The pattern uses US terms, but you’ll also find an explanation for all abbreviations in UK terms.
