This is a reversible and easy baby blanket knitting pattern in ARAN weight yarn. The pattern is made by only knit and purl stitches which creates beautiful diagonal diamond ornaments on each side and a Garter stitch border around. The blanket is knitted as one piece.

Very basic skills needed to knit this pattern: knit, purl, slip stitch, knit flat on circular needles. Aside from knowing how to knit and purl, you’ll need to know how to weave in the ends. The instructions on how to join the yarn balls without a knot and yarn ends are included as an option.
