The Cobble Crossbody Bag
The Cobble Crossbody bag is the perfect anytime accessory with amazing texture with Bernat Maker Home Decor!
Supplies:
• 2 skeins Bernat Maker Home Dec® (317 yards) – note, you will use 1 full skein plus approximately 50 yards of the 2nd skein. The pattern uses approximately a total of 370 yards, depending on tension and gauge.
• 6.0 mm hook and 6.5 mm hook
• Scissors
• Stitch marker
• Darning needle
• 2 – 2” rings (metal or wooden)
• 1 button
Pattern Notes:
• This pattern is worked both in the round and in rows. When working in the round, do not join, but place a stitch marker in the first stitch of the round. When working in rows, join with a slipstitch, then turn. These instructions will be throughout the pattern.
• Chain 1’s at the beginning of a new row do not count as a stitch.
• Due to the nature of the stitch, the seam will migrate slightly. This will be accounted for in the pattern.
• Gauge – the gauge for this pattern is not important. The bag size will vary due to individual tension. On average it will measure 12-13” wide by 12-13” high when laying flat. If you have a looser tension, you will require more yarn.
