Materials required for this gorgeous cowl are Red Heart with Love, N Hook, Tapestry Needle, Buttons, Measuring Tape and Scissors. Gauge doesn’t really apply, but you may want to measure your length as you go along so you can adjust to size by adding/removing rows. This cowl requires less than one skein of With Love.
