F/5 3.75 MM Hook for 2.75” sole (preemie)
G/6 4.25 MM Hook for 3” sole (newborn)
H/8 5.00 MM Hook for 3.25” sole (newborn - 6weeks)
I/9 5.5 MM Hook for 3.5”, 4”, and 4.25” sole (3, 6, 9 mo)
