The Katharine Knitwear Collection is inspired by the iconic style of Katharine Hepburn. She was a pioneer for pants for women, and miles away from most other style icons at the time. The bonnet is inspired by the way she wore shawls and scarfs as head pieces.

Worked from the center front and down on each side. The edge is double knitted. It will look like a U-shape to start with. The lower edge is started in the center back and after the sts in the back are casted off you work it with the edge around the face for cords.
