The Costa Tank is a classic summer design that is worked from the top down in stockinette stitch first back and forth to shape the straps and then joined in the round to knit the body. It features simple eyelets and a scalloped hem with minimal edgings around the armholes and neck opening. This tank has a slightly cropped fit with approximately 1-3” 2-8cm of positive ease built into the pattern. The model in the pictures is wearing a size M and has a bust circumference of 35.5” 90cm.

Gauge: 23 sts x 29 rows = 4 x 4” 10 x 10 cm in pattern, both flat and in the round, on US 6, 4mm needles, blocked.

Needle Size: US 6, 4mm 24”+ circular needles for body
US 5, 3.75mm 24”+ circular needles or one size smaller than gauge needle for i-cord bind off
