The pattern is full of detailed instructions with colored photos throughout for references. YouTube links have also been added for additional references. I recommend using 2 stands held together of #3 weight yarns. #4 weight yarns will also make a beautiful bag. No need for keeping track of the gauge for this particular pattern. The size difference will depend on the type of yarn and hook you are using. I have included approximate measurements using #3 weight, 2 strand held together.

The pattern has the option for a lining, but not mandatory to complete the bag. This pattern has been tested by very talented testers. Their photos are represented in the pattern for additional color option ideas.
