SIZING
Christmas tree is about 5.25 inches wide at its widest point and 7.75 inches tall; however, there are sizing instruction for making this tree any size you wish.

ABOUT THIS PATTERN
Crocheted with worsted weight yarn and metallic thread together
5mm and 3.75mm hook (but could use 3.5 or 4 instead of 3.75)

Instructions for how to customize the tree size
step-by-step photo tutorial for how to change from the yarn to the thread and back

REQUIRED SKILLS
slip stitch, bobble stitches, working in rows, decreasing, adding edging, and how to sl st 2 panels together

There is also a very light woodworking component to making the stands that involves drilling a hole and cutting a wooden dowel to size, but options are given to forego this component.

7/16-inch round/10-inch long wooden dowel
3-inch wooden base
ruler
wood glue
hand drill or drill press
7/16 drill bit
hack saw, jewelry saw, or any saw you have access to to cut the dowel
