This is a one-size purse (approx. 14 x 10 cm) is worked in the round.

I use my Crossroads purse for everything from lip balm, washi tape, ear phones to knitting accessories (like markers, darning needle, crochet hook etc). (It’s super cute as a gift, too!)

What you need to make a Crossroads Purse:

Needles: I used a set of 3 mm circular needles (US size 2,5)

Yarn: 1 x skein of Tynn Peer Gynt (col. 1042) held with one skein of Alpakka Følgetråd (col. 1032) from Sandnes Garn

Gauge: 32 sts x 32 rows = 10 x 10 cm

Other: 14 cm zipper, a piece of lining (fitting your purse), darning needle, scissors, thread matching your zipper/yarn.

This little project is like a knitted piece of Scandinavian design furniture, in my opinion.

Knit this little one on your favourite needles. Pour a cup of coffee, tea or hot chocolate and settle down for a creation session - your love is automatically weaved into each stitch.
