the Day of the Octopuses
My life isn’t elegant. It’s not full of grace, nor beauty. There’s nothing particularly stunning about it, nothing admirable or inspiring.
But I can say one thing about my life: it’s never dull.
For example, have you ever heard a tiny yellow octopus sing along to “You Make My Dreams” while it organizes your spice rack first thing in the morning? This is the kind of life I apparently lead, you know, where if someone ever asked me that question, I’d have to answer with a yes.
It started off as a completely normal day. But then, that’s what people always say, isn’t it? Normality soon took a holiday, though, and the Day of the Octopuses was born…
Read the short story “the Day of the Octopuses” and then nab your free copy of the accompanying cute little octopus pattern!
Before making this pattern it is suggested that you already have some experience with making amigurumi. You’ll also need some 6mm safety eyes and some fiberfill stuffing.
