I designed this cowl while waiting on a 3 hour layover in the Reagan International Airport. Thus the name DC Cowl :) It works up super fast and with it’s great texture it is a very versatile pattern. Great for last minute gifts. This cowl can be easily worked up in an evening.

Finished measurements approximately 32” circumference & 8” tall.
