What? This is the Diamond Valley Wrap crochet pattern.

Why? I started designing this shawl while at our family cottage in an area known as Diamond Valley. The textured finish of the shawl reflects the presence of granite in that area and the lace motif is in the shape of a diamond.

Who might enjoy it? Anyone who likes rectangular shawls or wraps that can also be worn as a scarf.

What you need: Light fingering yarn, approximately 1900 yards in 3 colours. A 3.5 mm hook. This version was 74” long and 20” wide and was made with Premier Chamonix, 2 x Graphite, 2 x Alabaster, and 1 x Plum. Chart included.

Qu’est-ce que c’est? Ceci est le Diamond Valley, patron de châle rectangulaire su crochet.

Pourquoi? J’ai conçu ce châle pendant mes séjours à notre chalet familial dans une petite région nommée Diamond Valley. La finition texturée reflète la présence du granite dand cette région, et les motifs sont en forme de diamant.

Qui aimerait? Quiconque aime les châles en rectangle, et qui se porte en foulard aussi.

Vous aurez besoin: du fingering léger, approximativement 1735 m et un crochet 3.5 mm. Ce modèle est 188 cm de long et 51 cm de largeur et conçu avec Premier Chamonix, 2 x Graphite, 2 x Alabaster, and 1 x Plum. Diagramme inclu.
