The Dippers are usually the first constellation that we learn to identify as children, and as a result, it is one of the most recognized across the world. No matter where I traveled in the world, if I looked up at the right moment in time, there they were. The Big and Little Dipper constellations should be seen as a reminder to us that we all share the same sky.
The Dippers begins as a simple half pi shawl that is then joined in the round. Then, the beginner friendly lace motif is knitted. It is completely up to the knitter whether or not beads are added.
