The DNA Beanie
I saw this in a photo and decided to give it a go. While knitting it up, I thought about the DNA strand and a new beanie was born. This is a fun knit and would look great in school colors or sorority colors, like the sample. It’s also a pretty easy knit when you get the pattern down. I think the strand would be fun in a variegated yarn or even one that self stripes to see how it turns out. I used Caron One Pound and ICE Yarns Saver. Using bobbins would also have been easier.
