The Dragon Shawl
This is the pattern for the Dragib Shawl. Using a wool worsted-weight yarn, the shawl works up fairly quick, and it is super soft and very cozy to wear. It’s perfect for any outing: wear it as a wrap for a formal event or wear it wrapped up as a triangle scarf for something more casual!
This pattern is written in US crochet terms. To make this pattern, you will need to know the basic crochet stitches (specifically chain stitch and double crochet). Instructions on how to do the filet crochet technique are included with the pattern.
To make this shawl, I used 5 hanks of Malabrigo Rios yarn in Pocion (approximately 1200 yards of worsted-weight yarn would do the trick).
To start, chain 374.
To add a little extra flair to your shawl, add some tassels! Here is a link to my DIY Tassel Tutorial, which shows you how to make tassels for your Dragon Shawl (or for any other project): https://twoheartscrochet.com/2018/04/04/how-to-make-your-…
