The Easiest Booties
by ag handmades
To fit 0-6 months; 6-12 months
Many people have trouble with the traditional method of making booties, i.e., with a flat sole that you make first and then add the top on. I figured I needed to make up a basic pattern for an easier way, a way that most beginners will manage quite easily. I hope you like the end result.
Difficulty: Easy
Pattern is written in US terms; a conversion chart is included at the end.
Materials: Approx 50g Worsted weight yarn #4 (Suggested: Lion Brand Heartland); 4mm (G/6) crochet hook, yarn needle for sewing in ends..
Finished size: 3.75” long; 2.5” wide (to fit 0-6 months); 4.25” long; 2.75” wide (to fit 6-12 months)
