The Easiest DK Scarf
Spring forward into an uncomplicated new dk weight yarn pattern.
It’s the same construction as The Easiest Scarf pattern (which is fingering weight yarn) and equally the easiest pattern you’ll ever knit.
This scarf is a good project for knitters at any skill level, especially beginners. It’s perfect for social knitting.
It’s an asymmetrical triangle, knit in garter stitch. Learn this trick to ensure that you can’t mess up, even when chatting away or binging on Knitflix!
Approximately 600 yards of any dk weight yarn will work in this design and the pictured yarn is a lovely hand dyed colorway from Urth Yarns.
The scarf is approximately 72” x 44” x 38”. It is knit flat. Gauge is
5 sts./inch and not critical.

Materials
2 skeins of Urth Yarns, Monokrom DK, #6066. 300 yards/skein.
100% super wash merino.
Size 6 circular knitting needles, in 24” or 36” length. One locking stitch marker! Yarn needle.
