The Easy Hat is meant to be the clearest possible pattern for making a perfectly fitting slouchy beanie for beginners! With a stretchy brim and ribbing, this will be your new favorite hat!

This pattern comes in three sizes:

1. Small
2. Medium
3. Large

The cast on edge is stretchy and the pattern takes into account how much the final beanie may grow, and how to account for that when making your beanie. At the end of the pattern there is a recipe for customizing your fit, if you’d like to make any modifications.

My goal for this pattern was to make knitting a hat as enjoyable and fun as possible for someone who is new to knitting.
