Main Body
Cast on 43 stitches/needles with waste yarn
Complete 144 rows of stockinette stitch
Cast off with waste yarn

Repeat so you have 2 panels

The Back Seam
Lay your panels next to each other and using Mattress stitch, seam 65 stitches of the two panels together

The Side Seams
Turn the panels over so the back seam is facing you, fold the panels in half and seam 33 stitches up each side using mattress stitch

The Ribbing
Row 1: Fold over 5 stitches at the centre front (creating a seam) and join together when casting on. K2, P2
Row 2: P2, K2
Row 3: K2, P2
Row 4-10: repeat rows 2 and 3
Row 11: Cast off with single crochet
