The Emma Cowl
The Emma Cowl
The Emma Cowl is one of the first items I made with only me in mind! I splurged on some 100% cashmere (not required), chose some of my favorite colors and created this timeless cowl that will be a treasure for years and years. It’s super warm with two layers of lush cashmere.
It whips up really fast and you don’t even have to weave in the ends - if you don’t want to - since the Emma Cowl is crocheted in the round. If you follow the material recommendations of 25 yards of 8 different colors, gauge will be important as you will work with each color twice. I chose to use a larger than normal hook with this DK yarn for better drape and squish.
Materials
200 yards of DK yarn. I used 25 yards
of 8 different colors.
US size I/9 - 5.25 mm crochet hook
Needle to weave in ends
Stitch markers if needed
