The Empress, a reversible bolero
by Kadri Kass
This garment turned out even better than I imagined. It is soft,
luxurious, fits so well and can be worn both ways. For me this
design works especially well with strapless gowns. Depending
on the design of the dress, you can either show off your back or
front cleavage.
But why not wear it with jeans or skirts, bridal dress
or I imagine, it looks also fabulous while showing off baby belly.
You will only need 4 skeins of Drops Brushed Alpaca Silk or Drops Meldoy in any colour and two knitting needles size 6mm. (Probably other yarns from Drops yarn group C could also be suitable like Drops Air or Drops Alpaca Bouclé.)
Also this can be done with mohair yarn.
