The Escape Sweater
THE ESCAPE SWEATER
This pattern is inspired by the wide open road. Throw it on over any outfit for a soft, cozy look. The oversized cocoon shape will fit over anything you want to layer it with.
The Escape Sweater is reversible. You can wear it like a cocoon, or turn it upside down to create an oversized cropped jacket.
This is a great beginner sweater pattern. Miles of garter stitch make this the perfect project for a road trip, plane ride, commute or Netflix binge.
FIT
Oversized cocoon fit
Turn the sweater upside down to make it a cropped jacket
Note: The S/M is already a large, oversized jacket that would fit a larger body more closely. If you are in between sizes, measure a sweater that fits you well to determine what size to make.
