The EV Cowl is inspired by the thrifty and green attitude of the Elmwood Village, in Buffalo, New York.

This cowl is made up of scrap yarn, ranging from 70 grams to 300 grams being needed for the respective sizes. It is easily customisable and can make any yarn look amazing.
Any weight can be used. Fingering and sport should be held double to give a Dk-like weight.
