The Ever-Changing Toque
When I finished making my Ever-Changing Cowl, I was thrilled with how warm it is. The stitch pattern, combined with a bulky yarn, created an accessory with gorgeous texture, endless style, and a cozy feel.
I knew I had to keep the cozy going, so I created a hat to match. This toque has just a little bit of slouch to it, but you can easily add rows to make it longer and give it that extra slouch. Or, make it longer and turn up the brim to make it extra warm on your ears. One of my favourite things about crocheting is playing with a pattern to make it just what I need.
The downloadable pattern includes tutorials for the Spike Stitch (Lsc), working into the 3rd LO, and an alternate joining method when working into the 3rd LO.
