This is an extremely versatile pattern. You can use whatever yarn you like with whatever hook size you like. It is perfect for using up all those scraps! The pattern I have written below is for the bags pictured.

Yarn is held double strand. For variegated portion of the bag, one strand is swapped out for Hobbii Print cotton.

You can make the bag bigger or smaller by adjusting your start chain, using a thicker or thinner yarn and changing your hook size.

Best of all, stitch count doesn’t matter! If you pick up or lose a stitch along with way its fine! No one will ever know
