From Grace Anna:

Cast on in one corner and worked as a pair of opposite miters, this shawl is a combination of double increases and double decreases on the right side and straightforward knitting on the wrong side. Just predictable enough that you don’t have to be married to your pattern, and the inclusion of stripes keeps it interesting. My favorite kind of thing to knit.

Sizes and Yardage:
Scarf (10 inches by 58 inches) uses approximately 800 yards, 200 yards (1 skein) each of four colors.
Sample shown in Light Tower (A), Great Blacks in Wax (B), Webb (C), and The Gateway (D).
Wrap (32 inches by 64 inches) uses approximately 2400 yards, 400 yards (2 skeins) or each of six colors.
Sample shown in Nyaa! (A), Divine (B), Graffiti Alley (C), Vacants to Value (D), Oxford Tavern (E), and Coddies (F).

You can follow the pattern stripe sequence or use more or fewer colors in stripes of equal or varying widths.

Plied added a buttonhole option to Grace’s conception after a styling session with the sample, so the large version can be wrapped or buttoned and worn as a poncho.
