The Explorer is worked in the round using the top down method starting with a circular crown which joins to an overlay mosaic crochet body, which in turn joins onto a ribbed brim. The brim can be worn turned up on the outside of your beanie or it can be turned in and sewn to the inside of your beanie. The outside brim has an optional coloured trim.
