This is a collection of my five available patterns, all rolled into one nifty little package to celebrate the first anniversary of my very first published piece!

These patterns have all been tested by at least two people and are all beginner friendly.

Some of the stitches used are:

Ch – Chain
Sl St – Slip stitch
SC – Single crochet
HDC – Half double crochet
3rd Loop – This is the loop underneath the back loop
BLO – Crochet into back loop only (loop furthest from you)
Puff St – With 1 loop on hook, yarn over, insert hook into same stitch, pull up a tall loop. Repeat three more times. When you have 9 loops on your hook, pull through all 9 loops. Ch1 to secure.
HDC2TOG – Half double crochet two together to decrease
Sk2sts – skip 2 stitches
V Stitch – DC, ch 1, DC all in same space or stitch
Triad Stitch – Also, mhdc2tog, modified half double crochet 2 together
Yarn over, insert the hook into the first st, and pull up a tall loop. Yarn over, insert the hook into the second st, and pull up a tall loop. Yarn over, insert the hook into the third st and pull up a tall loop. You now have 7 loops on your hook. Yarn over and pull through the first 6 loops. Yarn over again and pull through last 2 loops. For this pattern, make sure to place the first Triad st in the same space as the last Triad st. (This sounds intimidating but I promise it isn’t. I include a super detailed explanation using written instructions and pictures both.)
