The First Snow Blanket
The first snow is always a magical experience, no matter how many times you’ve witnessed it over your life. A white blanket covers the earth and the evergreen trees stand in stark contrast against the bright snow. This is the inspiration for The First Snow Blanket.
Made with super bulky Bernat Blanket and Bernat Baby Blanket yarn, this blanket has beautiful texture, is thick and warm, and utilizes the variegation of the yarn to create the image of a tree standing alone in a field of snow.
This pattern is great for the beginner, utilizing the knit and purl stitch and giving detailed instructions on how to make your color changes and secure your yarn.
