Perfect size to welcome your new little Jedi to the world! The Child will bring wonder and delight to any bedroom decor!

This is a crochet pattern for a blanket using the Overlay Mosaic technique, which uses two basic crochet stitches to create a thick fabric featuring a picture or intricate design. The blanket is worked with the right side facing at all times. Each row is started on the right and worked to the left, then finished off at the end.

You will receive a complete pattern for both right-handed and left-handed crocheters!

This pattern is beginner friendly, as it explains how to do mosaic (even if you’ve never done it before)! It includes a chart and instructions for reading the chart. It ALSO includes written instructions for the pattern if charts are not your thing!

This pattern uses four coordinating colors of yarn. When made with DK weight (“3”) yarn, this project will measure 48” x 60”. Feel free to use a heavier weight yarn for a larger blanket, or a lighter weight yarn for a smaller blanket.

Color A (shown blue on the chart) 1500 yards
