The Frankie Tank is designed to have approximately 2-5 inches (5–12.5 cm) of positive ease, meaning it is designed to be 2-5 inches (5–12.5 cm) larger in circumference than your bust measurement. So if your bust measures 34 inches / 86.5 cm, knit a size S which will give a finished circumference of 36.25 inches / 92 cm.
The final length of the Tank has been designed as follows (measured in a straight line from the Body Cast-On edge to the top of the shoulder strap):
